TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ATTENDANCE

1. The minimum age of attendance is 16, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to attendees if this criteria is not met.

2. Please read and familiarise any emergency & safety procedures, on entry to the event

3. Car parking will be provided at designated area's, at owner's risk..

4. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to property.

5. Illegal substances will not be permitted on the premises.

6. Smoking will be allowed at designated areas (or outside the building). 

7. We don't serve alcohol or provide the means of  consuming alcohol, and we could refuse entrance if suspected of being extremely under the influence of alcohol.

8. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated at the event, and complaints regarding behaviour by other attendees will be considered.

9. Causing damage to the venue is unacceptable, and you will be made accountable for the cost of repair or replacement.

EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE

1. Any illegal or pirated software will not be allowed at the event, and licensed software must be used.

2. Copying of any copyright software will not be allowed at the event.

3. Transferring of any illegal files over the network will not be permitted (including all kinds of pornography).

4. It is your responsibility for using the latest anti-virus software and ensure your system is free of viruses.

5. Spreading viruses intentionally across the network and any form of 'hacking' will result in expulsion from the event with loss of fees paid.

6. You will be made responsible for causing any damage to someone's system/equipment, and will be made accountable for the cost of repair or replacement.

7. You are responsible for the games you want to play with others, and a refund will be granted if recommended by Fraggers Rock on the booking form.

8. We are not required to provide or transfer any patches over the network, which are available for each game.

GAMING RULES AND CHEATING

1. Standard gaming rules will be conducted for all games and tournaments played (check the rules section at the website).

2. We will not allow cheating at our events, and expulsion with loss fees  could encore if found cheating.

3. All allegations of cheating will be investigated by the staff at Fraggers Rock, and we reserve the right to have the last say in any situation.

A disclaimer will be provided at the entrance to the event describing the 'terms and conditions' above, and  must be signed before entrance is accepted.  The disclaimer will state the 'terms and conditions' described above, and any legal requirements which we have to abide.  We reserve the right, to change, add or alter these 'terms and conditions' at anytime without notice prior to the event.

GAME PATCHES

Please note, before attending an event hosted by Fraggers Rock that you must obtain and install the latest patches for each game that you will be playing.  This will save time and avoid disappointment if Fraggers Rock cannot provide the current patch,  a loss of fee could encore.  See the Games section for the our recommended LAN games, and the table below lists all the latest patches for each game.
